I have been mulling over what is the best way to run my blog/page, and I am thinking that I may begin do daily scheduled posts with a meal plan and recipes for the following day, then post links to information and other pages that I find useful and/or entertaining every so often throughout the day on my facebook page.
My questions: Is this something that my followers would prefer?
What are you hoping to find here?
I want people to be engaged with my page, but not flooded with things that they have no interest in.
I would appreciate any and all feedback on this. My hopes are to build a community here, where people can enjoy what is being put out and interact with myself and others.
My thoughts are that this page really belongs to all of you...I'm just working behind the scenes ;)
I share recipes, helpful info, links to other pages, and stories about my son's Celiac journey. You can also find me on Facebook, Twitter(@Gf_FloursInMyHair) and Instagram.

Where do we go from here?
I have always gotten great pleasure,( actually, some sort of freakish high) from feeding the people I love.
I feel that preparing a good meal for someone is one of the most wonderful things you could do to let them know that you care.
After my youngest son was diagnosed with Celiac, I had to learn a whole new way to provide him with foods that not only didn't harm him, but that he enjoyed eating,(not an easy task with a 9 year old) as most of the packaged products just weren't up to snuff with what mom had always made for him.
Through many trials and errors, I have managed to keep his tummy full and happy.
I hope that I can offer advice and a little laughter to others, while I share my stories, along with recipes and tips that I have learned.
