Curry Dip

Not only is this a good dip, but it is fantastic spread on leftover chicken or turkey sandwiches.

Ingredients:
1 C mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. curry powder (more if you like)
dash of garlic powder
dash of sea salt

Mix all ingredients well and chill.
