Rebecca sent me 2 different cookie mixes to try and today I helped my 10 year old make a batch of her Brownie Cookies. Yes, it is so easy to make these cookies that I basically just supervised ( until it came time to roll the dough into balls and put them in the oven. Yeah, I'm maybe still a bit of a mother hen). I rolled the dough into balls, and he rolled them in the sugar provided.
We decided to add 1/2 C of white chocolate chips, and they were great. Also, the package states that it makes 18-20 cookies, but we got BONUS COOKIES! We ended up with 32 cookies, and it was a good thing, because hubby started in on them before they could cool.
So head on over to Rebecca's and tell her I sent you. These mixes would make a great stocking stuffer for the Celiac in your life :)
